Alysha Hop - Minnesota
Alysha brings a deep commitment, extensive education, and years of her own healing journey to her Trilome sessions. With almost two decades of experience in service-oriented careers, she has found a deep resonance as a massage therapist, blending integrative bodywork, energy practices, and plant wisdom to support clients on profound healing journeys. Her work is rooted in a trauma-informed approach, offering a safe and nurturing space for all, with a special focus on women with a history of sexual traumas.
Alysha’s approach to Trilome sessions is centered around the belief that intentional touch, energy work, and somatic awareness are transformative pathways to deep self-discovery and healing. She integrates therapeutic massage, Reiki, and somatic practices to allow clients to explore and release traumas, fears, and limiting beliefs, reconnecting them with greater joy, compassion, and connection. Drawing from her extensive background in community service—including work as a retreat organizer, certified sexual violence advocate, and community healthcare worker—Alysha empowers her clients to access their innate wisdom and foster self-compassion.
She’s a lover of watching sunsets, singing while biking, travel, dancing shamelessly, sharing laughter or tears, and sitting in sacred circles. Basking in the jungle or a serene nature setting is where she fosters the most connection.
